Position:

PROJECT MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:

Project Management and coordination including, but not limited to, meeting support,

reporting to customers, preparing documentation relating to overall project coordination,

maintaining office integrated work plans, presentations relating to recommendations to Customer


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • System performance reporting, regular updates and documentation relating to application development, schedules and status reports.
  • Strategic planning activities and meetings and events facilitate OSMA meetings and events.
  • Technical consultation on implementation strategies and "best practice" implementation of software, hardware, knowledge management, and systems shall also be written.
  • OSMA technical "reach-back" and surge capabilities is defined as follows: Throughout
  • the Period of Performance of this contract, additional support may be required when work exceeds baseline support. This support is expected in (but not limited to) training curriculum, cohort presentations, expert testimony, and speaking engagements. These surge gaps will be filled via the issuance of task orders. Resources may be required offsite, onsite, or near-site.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 15 years experience working in the technology sector, with significant program management experience.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and management leadership for an organization of greater than 20 people.
  • Demonstrated experience in federal contracting and subcontracting.
  • Implement organizational processes to ensure effective integration of the workforce, staffing, development of workforce skills through lifecycle transitions, delivery of high-quality product and services, and contract implementation

EDUCATION:

BA/BS

EXPERIENCE:

15 years of relevant experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Security Clearance
  • Previous Government Project Management experience
