Leo Tech LLC is a certified woman-owned small business started in 2015 by Melody Vansandt. She has over 24 years of experience working as a Defense Contractor, Consultant, and has held positions as Director of Pricing, Contracts Manager, Program Manager, and EVM Manager.

We are currently seeking the following position:

Production Manager:

Scope of Work:

  • Verify the correct work order status in Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Review and approve scheduled maintenance forecasts and prioritize unscheduled maintenance requirements.
  • Complete support equipment repair cost estimates and fill out accurate AFTO Form 375 to the Contract Office Representative and Contract Officer.
  • Lead a highly effective workforce of AGE professionals to maintain a monthly 95% or better in-commission rate.
  • Conduct Consolidated Tool Kit, and tool and equipment inspections for serviceability, accountability, and Master Inventory Listing (MIL) accuracy.
  • Develop and implement a Special Dispatch staging and parking plan for mass relocation of AGE equipment.
  • Document and report AGE refused to be picked up due to unsafe AGE conditions and FOD issues.
  • Publish, deliver, implement, and maintain Maintenance Timeframe Report, AGE Missing Report, Paint Report, AGE Deadline Report, Equipment Abuse Report, and Red X Signature Roster.
  • Conduct equipment forms and MIS documentation reviews for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain the AGE Minimum Essential Level (MEL) in the MIS.
  • Manage and determine deferred unscheduled maintenance.
  • Serves as the alternate Contract Manager when Contract Manager is absent.
  • Performs functions of the Supply Technician, Stock Clerk, and some functions of the Service Order Dispatcher.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Bachelors' degree or higher in Technical or Management field. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

AGE experience managing AGE maintenance with at least 3 years in management.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Demonstrated ability for problem-solving and prioritizing multiple projects.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
